"we were heading for Texas, stopped for the night in Eldorado and while parking heard a new noise from the trailer wheel. The RV is a travel trailer 2009 brookside 301rbs by sunnybrook. I checked for dealers nearest the zipcode of our hotel and found Flinthills RV. They had me in the service bay minutes after arrival, jacked it up and found the noise was gone- diagnosed what it had been - magnet slap! and sent us on our way - no charge - CAN NOT BEAT THAT!!! THANKS A MILLIION"

"I traveled 435 miles to look at a used travel trailer. Roger represented it well over the phone and Ted took some great pictures to email me in addition to those posted on the internet. Ted agreed to hold it for me while I made the long drive there. The Airstream was all they said it was, and I was totally satisfied with their representation of the unit.
I arrived late on a Friday afternoon, and Bill in the service department spent Saturday morning getting it ready, hooking it to my tow vehicle, and making sure I was fully familiar with all its features.
I've been in many, many RV dealerships over the years and I've never felt more at ease, nor more appreciated than at Flint Hills RV. Why, they are even going to send me a replacement latch for the shower door that is loose that they already had on order! Now, try getting service like that anywhere else....
All in all, it was a terrific shopping experience. "

"We were interested in a small trailer to go to various places throughout the US. My husband told Bob what we wanted and we immediately were presented with choices. The service dept was great (Bill) and all the staff including Debbie and Ted. We ordered a product and had it on Wednesday on our front porch. Great people to work with!
