We had purchased a 2011 Bullet Premier last spring from a dealership in Kansas City. The customer service there was awful and we felt as though our business was not important to them. Unfortunately our trailer was broken into and vandalized over the winter to the point that the insurance company had to total it. When we called the dealership in KC to get the process started for ordering a new one they acted like they had no interest in helping us get another trailer. we were heading for Texas, stopped for the night in Eldorado and while parking heard a new noise from the trailer wheel. The RV is a travel trailer 2009 brookside 301rbs by sunnybrook. I checked for dealers nearest the zipcode of our hotel and found Flinthills RV. They had me in the service bay minutes after arrival, jacked it up and found the noise was gone - diagnosed what it had been - magnet slap! and sent us on our way - no charge - CAN NOT BEAT THAT!!!
