my wife and i purchased a used pop up from a dealer in wichita. they did not offer the attitude that we received at flint hills when we came in to purchase some extras and ask some questions on the unit we bought. we did not purchase the unit from flint hills and they treated us like #1 customers! our next purchase and all other services will be done with flint hills and we will recommend them to others.

we were heading for Texas, stopped for the night in Eldorado and while parking heard a new noise from the trailer wheel. The RV is a travel trailer 2009 brookside 301rbs by sunnybrook. I checked for dealers nearest the zipcode of our hotel and found Flinthills RV. They had me in the service bay minutes after arrival, jacked it up and found the noise was gone - diagnosed what it had been - magnet slap! and sent us on our way - no charge - CAN NOT BEAT THAT!!! THANKS A MILLIION!
