We had purchased a 2011 Bullet Premier last spring from a dealership in Kansas City. The customer service there was awful and we felt as though our business was not important to them. Unfortunately our trailer was broken into and vandalized over the winter to the point that the insurance company had to total it. When we called the dealership in KC to get the process started for ordering a new one they acted like they had no interest in helping us get another trailer. This attitude brought us to Flint Hills RV and we are now convinced that everything happens for a reason. From day one we have been beyond pleased with the service we have received. Roger stayed in constant contact with us about the progress of our new trailer at the factory. Our trailer was delivered in the time promised. Thomas did an outstanding walk through with us and was able to tell us things about our trailer that we didn't know about (even though it was the same model as our last one). Thank you to all the staff at Flint Hills for making this process so easy for us and giving us our "home on wheels" back! We would highly recommend your business to anyone!

We were interested in a small trailer to go to various places throughout the US. My husband told Bob what we wanted and we immediately were presented with choices.
